Porter began its journey as an ambitious agile intra-city logistics startup, quickly rising to prominence. Initially focused on three-wheeler deliveries, the company soon diversified into home moving, inter-city logistics and two-wheeler couriers. As the business grew, so did the need for a brand identity that could keep pace with its expansion.
The challenge was clear: Porter needed to unify its messaging and adapt to a broader range of services, all while remaining true to its core.
As the company scaled rapidly, the founders — once deeply involved in every aspect of the day-to-day shaping of the business and brand — recognized that the brand’s story needed to evolve. Not only did Porter’s identity need to resonate across all customer touchpoints, but it also had to be disseminated down to new employees, partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment at every level of the business.

Our mission was to help Porter realign its brand with its evolving business. As part of our Brand Purposing program, we conducted in-depth research, interviewing stakeholders across the business to map out Porter’s current landscape and identify growth opportunities. Our goal was simple: to uncover Porter’s core purpose and give it the focus needed to guide the brand through its next phase of growth.
We facilitated a series of Brand Purposing workshops with the leadership team, helping them refine their strategic direction and crystallise their brand purpose. The insights gathered during these sessions became the foundation for future brand decisions, uniting the various verticals Porter was now navigating.
With a renewed sense of purpose, Porter collaborated with our creative agency partner to redesign its visual identity. Using the Brand Key developed during the workshops, the new design was modern and cohesive, reflecting the essence of the brand and making it more appealing across all touch points.
Building on this new identity, Porter launched a communication campaign that brought their refreshed brand story to life. This included a popular TV and YouTube commercial, which successfully communicated Porter’s renewed identity to a broader audience.
The results were clear: Porter had not only strengthened its position in the logistics market but had also found a unified brand voice that resonated deeply with both business clients and everyday users.
